JABIの5UPシリコンバレー研修プログラムとは？

JABIでは、日米間のビジネス進出サポートをするため、大学などの教育機関、中小企業向けに、若手社会人教育、起業家育成プログラムをご提供しています。本研修ツアーでは、長年、シリコンバレーに在住するスペシャリストが、様々な教育プログラムをご提供いたします。

５つ重要な要素、 講義、メンタリング、企業訪問、ネットワーキング、ビジネスプラン発表を通じて、国際社会における価値観の違い、日本の立場、特に海外に住む日本人から見た日本の現状を理解した上で、国際社会で活躍できるプロフェッショナルとしての、スキル、人格像を再認識できます。

研修内容

JABI会員によるビジネスプラン・ワークショップや外部講師による講義によって多様化社会対応ニーズ・スキルを学ぶことができます。さらに、海外で活躍する様々な職業のプロフェッショナルによる講演会やディスカッションを通して参加者の海外進出もしくは旧態依然の自社の文化・体質の改善目標を定めるマインドセットを持つことを目標とします。
